As
a guide;
- Dinner in a private room ranges from £18
- £35 per person

& breakfast accommodation starts at £40

and varies depending on the standard of
the venue you choose.
- We
are usually able to negotiate special rates at venues that
we use regularly,
please ask us for a specific quotation.
Terms and Conditions
1. Full payment is to be received by us not later than 21 days
prior to the event to qualify for the discount.
2. Should we receive payment after the '21days before
the event'',
we will charge the full amount. Also, we reserve the right
to cancel your event without refund.
3. In the unfortunate circumstances that you need to cancel
an event, we shall be entitled to recover from you any costs
incurred by us for administration and in arranging your event.
4. In the unlikely situation
that it is not possible for us to provide space at the venue
of your choice, we will offer you an alternative venue or
date. Should this not be suitable, we will return to you
the full amount already paid by you on your request.
5. A deposit is normally required to secure your
booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
6. Cancellation by you:
We recommend that you take insurance
in case you need to cancel your event. We will not be responsible for any losses that you incur due to
you canceling or re-arranging your booking. We shall endeavour
to re-sell space and dates to help you, but make no
assurances that this will be achieved or done.
7. Should you delay the arranged starting time of the event, this
WILL diminish the quality of the product you receive. We
will not, in any way, be responsible for this, and full
payment by you will still be required. (We ask you to
please do stick
to your arranged time table).
